The training department of the Emergency and Rescue Unit of the Humanitarian Center of Tavira is giving a course of Rescue Ambulance Crewman in the Tavira Municipal Fire Department, ensuring greater safety to our population.

The training department of the Emergency and Rescue Unit of the Humanitarian Centre of Tavira is currently teaching a course for Rescue Ambulance Crew Members at the Tavira Municipal Fire Department, ensuring greater safety for our population.

This action is intended to provide trainees with skills in the assessment and stabilization of the victim, performing basic life support maneuvers, immobilization and transport of victims of sudden illness and/or trauma.

 

The teaching of first aid is one of the oldest responses of the Portuguese Red Cross, where we have always been pioneers, it is with great pleasure that we maintain this axis in our intervention. Only with the involvement of institutions, it is possible to ensure greater safety, which will make a difference in everyone's lives.
